Summary

Leads the HCLS Cloud Portfolio within the region [AMS, UK, ANZ, ASIA etc]. Responsible for supporting the regional sales and solution teams to drive growth through the DXC HCLS Cloud Portfolio.

  • The single point of contact that will be accountability within the region responsible for championing the DXC HCLS Offering Portfolio.

  • Understands the cloud market across the HCLS industry for that region including payer, provider and life science markets as well as adept at sensing the market and associated buying signals to provide input into the future road map of the HC Cloud

  • Able to work at both the CxO and architectural level to articulate the benefits of cloud deliver a step change in business and clinical outcomes not just the technical level or commercial level.

  • Able to shape the cloud transformation case action and solution road map both small ($100k) and very large ($100M) HCLS clients.

  • Able to identify new opportunities for “adjacent or synergistic” solutions where the power of the DXC HCLS Cloud portfolio can be “combined” with other DXC or partner offerings to create new value e.g. Ideally these people need to be triple deep in HCLS, Cloud and Leadership.

  • Partner with the sell with and sell to

  • Ideally these people need to be triple deep in HCLS, Cloud and Leadership/ Transformation

  • HCLS: need to have worked in the HCLS industry for at least 3 years (looking for broad rather than specialized in one area)

  • Technology: have proven experience of architecting and designing cloud solutions at scale that have driven real business outcomes. Have experience in the Product Life cycle Management

  • Leadership: have a proven experience of working in a matrix organisation with and able to deliver results with passion and humility.

Essential Job Functions

Able to work with HCLS clients (in particular with the CIO, CTO, CMIO and COO) to decompose their business and clinical strategy and goals into clear business problems and key performance indicators that Cloud can influence.

Understands deeply, the HCLS market, trends and regulatory frameworks and can reflect this context into all aspects of solutioning. Researches and brings to bear the latest technology trends and best practices and company preferred architectural frameworks and alliances

Provide management processes from concept idealization through development, launch and maintenance. Interfaces with development, account and executive management to develop and grow their portfolio of solutions and offerings and to increase company productivity and profits.

Promotes use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community and provides support to sales/proposal teams during the launch phase of the life cycle. Participates in solution selling activities to ensure that marketing plans align with sales and launch plans.

Provides leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development process to ensure bridging of the gap between business problem faced by client and benefits available from company solutions and services. Translates customer requirements into operational strategies associated with each solution and offering to ensure client needs are met in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Suggests appropriate upgrades or relevant solutions to enhance company competency in meeting changing business needs.

Interfaces and participates in business development discussions across cross-functional teams and internal and external executive managements to ensure consistency in solution development and implementation.

Facilitates reduced risks to client and company; manages solution profits and losses; participates in solution business plan creation; monitors solution financial performance against plan; assists in preparing financial models to ensure that client interests are met.

Identifies business requirements; evaluates concepts such as market timing, compelling event and problem identification to ensure that delivered solutions meet both short and long-term company and client business performance expectations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ten or more years of business solutions experience in the HCLS Industry

  • Experience of defining, solutioning and delivering a digital blueprint and transformation for a HCLS client

  • Experience in solutioning and delivering industry applications such as EPR, EMR, PACS, RIS, Prescribing etc)

  • Experience in key industry applications (standards (EMR, FHIR, HL7, etc) and industry regulation (HIPPA, GDPR etc)

  • Experience working with company products and services, business processes and re-engineering

  • Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, product-line hardware and software (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Experience working with office productivity tools; delivery assurance and/or industry standards on deliverable s

  • Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems
