1- Liderar a equipe de Almoxarifes, orientando, acompanhando e direcionando as atividades desenvolvidas, conforme demanda estabelecida e a prioridade do negócio.

2- Estabelecer e acompanhar métricas e indicadores, a fim de assegurar padrão de desempenho e qualidade, conforme as diretrizes da área.

3- Promover a melhoria contínua do processos, assegurando a implantação de melhores práticas de acordo com a estratégia da companhia.

4- Controlar o uso de insumos do armazem

5- Incentivar a capacitação técnica e comportamental da equipe, visando o aumento de performance e assimilação de novos desafios.

6- Contribuir para o uso correto, conservação e otimização dos ativos, através do acompanhamento, avaliação e solicitação de manutenções ou correções necessárias.

7 - Cumprir e fazer cumprir as diretrizes de integridade e Compliance, bem como as normas e procedimentos de segurança da companhia.

8- Analisar as divergências de saldo no estoque, e não conformidades do almoxarifado e proceder com as ações necessárias.

9- Treinar e orientar novos usuários dos sistemas utilizados ( ERP, WMS, etc..)
