From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. The work:

  • Lead a team of one other Data Conversion consultant on one or more project teams

  • Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system

  • Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools

  • Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday

  • Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday

  • Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project

  • Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership

  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals

  • Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives

  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

  • Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Here is what you need:

  • Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification

  • Consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

  • Hands-on Workday Data experience & 2 full life cycle Workday implementations

  • US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Eligibility Requirements

  • US Citizenship, no dual citizens

Bonus points if:

  • Prior Federal HR/IT Experience

  • Developed understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics

  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   • Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

  • California: $95,600 - $178,600

  • Colorado: $95,600 - $154,300

  • New York City: $88,600 - $178,600

  • Washington: $101,900 - $164,400
