Dunkin' Financial Management Sr. Analyst - International in Atlanta, Georgia
The primary responsibility of the Senior Financial Analyst, International will be to provide in-depth and insightful analytical support for the Inspire International business with focus on the financial planning and analysis of the annual Budget, Long Range Plan, forecasts, and monthly actual results. The individual will be looked upon as a key business partner of the international field team and be responsible for special ad-hoc projects requiring analytical, presentation, and leadership skills.
In this position, the Senior Analyst will perform financial modeling and analysis to track, forecast and report sales, revenue, and expenses, ultimately ensuring accurate reporting to Leadership; own processes, work independently and contribute to overall team success; support various groups within the organization including, but not limited to: Marketing, Operations, Development, Omnichannel, and various Shared Services segments.
This role can sit in either our Boston Support Center or our Atlanta Support Center and will be onsite 3-4 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all aspects of the long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes including related financial modeling of sales, revenues, and expenses, and tracking of KPIs for each business unit and brand across the International portfolio
Participate in the monthly financial close process including research and variance analysis, preparation of reporting packages and effective communication of results
Manage relationships with the International Operations, Development, Marketing, and Omnichannel teams, and provide regular support and analysis, including brand and regional scorecards, product mix and sales analyses and other financial support as necessary
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review and Board of Director presentations and be able to articulate performance creatively
Strong analytical skills and the ability to self-motivate and follow through on in-depth financial analysis is key to this role. Candidate must possess the ability to independently problem-solve and to provide meaningful and value-added business specific recommendations
Ability to identify key trends and issues for decision making and/or make corrective actions to streamline processes
Analyze, develop, and implement new and enhanced reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes and tools to help make the processes more effective and efficient
Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed by the management team and executive management
Gain an understanding of various international markets through the lens of macro-economics, the food & beverage landscape and other areas impacting the business
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Preferred Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
3-6 years of experience in Planning and Analysis or similar experience in Finance
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational and collaboration skills
High performer who can independently balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and pivot quickly
Skilled relationship builder with proven ability to work cross functionally and articulate key financial results, concepts, and ideas to a non-financial audience

Proactive and naturally curious professional who thrives on continuous improvement, process efficiency and problem solving
Strongly preferred: Experience with ePBCS, Smartview and other Oracle applications.
Strongly preferred: Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau and Power BI
Strongly preferred: Experience supporting widespread field environment
Preferred: International business and / or language experience. International business experience in both emerging and developed countries
