SHI AWS Solutions Executive in Austin, Texas

Job Summary

The AWS Solutions Executive will drive growth and buildinto the rapidly growing AWS practice. The AWS Solutions Executive will be tasked with helping customers to understand the value of AWS practice andacquiringnew AWS logos/business for the company.Responsibilities will also includecoordinatinga team of sales/technical resourcesand building critical relationships with internal sellersshowcasingthe company’s AWS practice advancement and innovation toassistcustomers with solving for business outcomes.

This position isrequiredto report to the SHI Austin, TX office location asdeterminedby SHI Management.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Generate,identify, and drivepipelineby understanding customer needs and position relevance to company solutions andservices.

  • Establish and Develop Strategic C-Level Relationships and Go-to-market strategy to help our customers transform their enterprises through AWS technologies and the value of SHI’s Cloud and MSP Practice

  • Providea Simplified Billing Experience for customers in a multi-cloud world andassistCustomers in navigating the onboarding process to SHI’s,the company’s Cloud,and MSP Practice.

  • Improve the cloud acumen of the SHI field/inside sales teams by partnering with regional and district managers and working closely with Technical Resources in your assignedregion.

  • Strategically partner with company Sales Leadership and Account Executives To execute the AWS acquisitionstrategy.

  • Report, forecast, and track sales activity in respective regions to ensure we are driving Cloud based activities and opportunities continue toprogress.

  • Present the company value around Cloud management and services at customer events and travel tomarket.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+yearsofexperiencein an Inside Sales/Outside sales position

  • 1+ year of experience working with cloudconcepts(Cloud,DevOps, CI/CD, Core & Micro Services within AWS)preferred

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to excel in a high-performing and dynamicenvironment

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and motivational skills

  • Ability to develop and execute against a business plan to meet or exceed predefined revenue targets

  • Strong relationship building skills and customer satisfaction focus to ensure repeat business

  • Ability toutilizeDynamics CRM, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Certifications Required

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner (Must be completed within60 daysof employment)

Unique Requirements

  • Position requires 20% of travel for business

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
