This role provides an opportunity to
As a Senior Software Technologist, you’ll be involved in developing challenging SW modules in an Agile development environment, implementing complex
tools.
You are responsible for
Engage with the end users to understand the pain points, define the optimal solutions, and deliver the working software.
Takes ownership of development code baseline for complex modules.
Performs the role of a software designer by implementing components/modules/sub-systems.
Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products.
Analyze existing implementation and adapt specific components to meet the current business needs.
Lead design and development of high-quality, re-useable, high-performance SW components along with Automation.
Mentor the junior members of the team on technical aspects to enable on-time delivery.
Self-driven and flexible to work beyond the call of the job.
Support project management and lead the estimations, and releases.
Manages technical communication with partners and stakeholders.
Contribute the Design/Release documents needed for the software release aligning to the defined QMS Process.

Vue Serviceability Team under Radiology Informatics, We intend to improve service experience by implementing efficiencies within the processes through tooling, integrations, Automation, data-driven and agile approach, usage of smart technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, unified User Interfaces, simplified workflows to realize the mission.
We aim to collaborate with our end user stakeholders for their feedback (i.e., service community), guiding input from Product Line Management for market trends and Voice of Customer, technology trends and best practices from R&D and Innovation and Strategy teams to be effective in a continuous enhancement loop and ultimate accountability and ownership within the Service Innovation function.

Accelerate Radiology to the Cloud.
Improve Managed Services reliability and proactive services.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
9+ years of software development experience
Expertise in C# .NET, Basic Python, Oracle & Powershell.
Experience in PromQL, Grafana, GO LANG & developing RESTFul microservices using AWS is an advantage.
Experience & firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns.
Experience in the system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products.
Experience with Agile methodology, Tools, and Practices.
Expertise in development testing and debugging skills
Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
Working with multisite teams, Quality-conscious and process-oriented.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with Partners and geographically distributed teams.
