Together, we won't stop! Job Overview The HR&WE Sr Executive Assistant will support both the SVP Talent and VP People Sciences and Org Capabilities. The daily work requires some business analysis, use of initiative, and independent judgment. Requires knowledge of corporate policy. Often called upon to interpret and communicate an executive's intent to other leaders and managers across the business. May make contacts of a critical, complex, and confidential nature. Work under minimal direction on sophisticated projects and may mentor less experienced peers. Job Responsibilities: Support senior leaders by performing advanced-level administrative work of sophisticated nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations. Manage executive's schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information on behalf of executive. May communicate on behalf of executive, must be able to determine most appropriate method of communication by assessing situation and applying sound professional judgement. Interact effectively with EA team as a cohesive partner. Manages special projects such as coordination of off-site meetings, may assist with rewards and recognition, and other areas as requested. Education: Associate's Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years Experience of supporting executive leaders. (Preferred)) Experience with OrgPlus. (Preferred) Experience managing competing tasks and priorities Executive presence with setting up and presenting at meetings both in-person and virtual Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Organization (Required) Communication (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) Microsoft Teams (Required) Ability to embrace and learn new technologies quickly per changes and shifts in the business (Required) Licenses and Certifications: * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $41.22 - $55.77 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
