The Worldwide Flex DP Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager who can own tactical initiatives to help us answer questions, such as: How do you improve the experience of hundreds of thousands DPs through product, and program interventions? What innovative products, and strategies will help solve their pain points? How to substantiate those pain-points through in-depth dive deep and secure leadership alignment. This role will require working with worldwide business, program and BI teams to define, prioritize and deliver key enhancements to our existing processes, and products. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Set-up strategic and focused programs and initiatives to impact the Flex delivery partner experience.

  • Work closely with DP experience strategy team to define procedures and processes, and own reporting mechanisms, driving towards the overall DP experience roadmap.

  • Drive the programs independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate ownership.

  • Writing strong, well-structured and detail oriented business proposals.

  • Influencing and communicating ideas effectively (both verbally and in writing), within and outside your team – also knowing when to ask for help. You’ll have experience successfully presenting ideas and reports to management

  • Operating with considerable autonomy, frugality and discretion and working efficiently with minimal oversight, good prioritization and good judgment. You will identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles and determine appropriate corrective action.

  • Scoping, driving and delivering complex, medium to large-scale projects. You will define clear milestones and set the expectations of stakeholders effectively. You will model projects with scalability/constraints in mind and may participate in development of budgets. You will always make the right trade-off between schedule, resources and scope in order to get the job done within time and budget.

  • Work with various internal teams (e.g. tech and product teams, country business teams, BI) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect DP experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
