Recruiter TerraPower is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to focus on hiring requirements in a fast-paced, production environment. This position is located at Bellevue Technology Center (BTC) and requires a minimum of 2 days onsite Responsibilities * Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, including administration of requisition and candidate workflow * Conduct interviews to determine candidate fit * Foster positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience * Maintain detailed communication with hiring managers and stakeholders on the topics of candidate and position status * Prepare offers for approval; conduct offer negotiation and successful close * Coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with HR and various systems * Coordinate staffing schedules with Recruiting Coordinator team * Ensure candidate records and job postings are current in various systems * Update and maintain various reporting mechanisms * Assist with coordination of other team activities as needed * Foster Diversity and Inclusion in all hiring practices Key Qualifications and Skills * Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience with strong preference for recruiting in support of finance, information technology and shared services positions. * Strong preference for recent recruiting experience in a fast-paced, production environment * Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining skill * Significant experience with candidate workflow administration within various Applicant Tracking Systems * Understanding of OFCCP and Affirmative Action compliance regulations * Prior, successful experience partnering with distributed teams * Ability to effectively prioritize and navigate during occasional periods of ambiguity * Superb customer focus and collaboration skill with attention to detail and high degree of organization * Strong oral and written communication skill * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel * The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect with a desire to foster teamwork Job Functions Job Functions are physical actions and/or working conditions associated with the position.
