Together, we won't stop! Our Financial Planning & Analysis team currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Finance Manager, supporting Marketing. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the project Capital and Opex expenditure for Marketing, as well as managing business cases. Key responsibilities include constructing complex models and dashboards and metrics. This role will be closely connected to the cross-functional peer groups in Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Operations. Duties for this role will include: Preparation of capital/operating forecasts/budgets, trend analysis and reporting Provide guidance to leadership on the financial trends and operational drivers behind the results and present reports on findings, including offering guidance on course corrections as needed Owning and conducting monthly/quarterly financial reviews with Business & Finance leaders Quantifying short and long term impacts & developing solid business cases for new initiatives Automation of data feed to create financials, metrics and dashboards Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control for both the departmental operating and capital budgets and forecasts. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecast Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance. Present findings to Senior Management, including suggestions for course correction Apply analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings Required experience and educational background will include the following: 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of hands-on financial and operational analysis experience Strong quantitative skills including advanced knowledge of Data-base environments (MS SQL Server) - REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business related, MBA Preferred Proven expertise with financial modeling and be highly proficient in Excel, SQL & Power-point Strong problem solving, data analysis and teamwork skills Understanding of GAAP and interactions within a balance sheet and P&L.
