The Transportation Team in Bangalore is looking for a passionate Business Analyst who will be responsible for working with business to gather ship cost allocations requirements and collaborate with transportation technology team teams to integrate new carriers and ship methods into the network. We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our tech team for improving capabilities for Amazon ship cost allocations. In this role, you will support the program team by developing data sources and metrics, formatting easy to consume reporting, and understanding existing challenges with data and how they can be presented differently to influence change to deliver against key business goals. The candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working with large complex datasets, possesses strong analytical skills, and is an effective communicator. Cross-team coordination and collaboration skills are essential.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience

• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
