The position is responsible for maintaining an effective workforce to meet the agency's mission and vision while ensuring compliance with HR laws, regulations, and funding sources; managing accident/incident reporting; ensuring comprehensive insurance coverage; and other reporting as deemed necessary. Appliant must have certification in human resource management and a bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field required; master's degree preferred. Along with a minimum ten years experience in human resource functions, preferably in a non-profit setting. |
