The department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology invites applications for Bird Research Field Technician!
This is a field based short-term position to assist with bird banding and blood sampling in Colorado and Nebraska during the 2024 breeding season.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Assist with mist netting
Assist with bird banding
Take careful field notes, prepare banding supplies, assist with all field activities
Proof data

The hiring rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
Benefits

What We Require
- Experience in the field watching or banding birds, undergraduate degree, drivers license, skilled at hiking in the field, working outside and extended hours.
