The primary responsibility in this role is to drive the success of the Circular Economy including Certified Refurbished Devices, Buyback, Recycling and Rental programs working closely across the organization, including regional Sales and the refurb product operations and supply chain teams. This role will require a self starter approach, with the ability to focus and deliver on multiple deal components in a fast-paced sales environment. This Business Development lead will need to gain the trust and confidence within the Sales Organization through effective communication and the ability to time manage efficiently. The candidate must have experience with commercial pricing and proposal creation, negotiation skills, and strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive pricing proposal and device acquisition strategy with the Circular Economy Programs within the Region

  • Help to define the refurb market TAM and provide go to market strategy to grow the business of the Circular Economy

  • Work with various teams across the organization to drive sales efficiencies and continuous improvements

  • Develop effective reporting to drive sales forecasting and demand planning

  • Work closely with the Portfolio team to align closely on the product model and regional business cases

  • Identify and mitigate program revenue risks

  • Apply business acumen to look beyond the data to generate opportunistic recommendations

  • Work with business analyst to drive customer opportunities through innovative reporting using install base analytics

  • Lead proposal preparation, including any custom terms and contract requirements

  • Provide accurate and timely deal to deal financials to drive revenue and margin outlooks and planning

  • Execute’ go to market’ requirements for sales success, including e-commerce, channel/direct, and quota strategy

  • Identify new routes to market with regional sales teams to expand reach of the Circular Economy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field. Master's degree preferred

  • 8+ years of working experience

  • Go-To-Market experience is preferred

  • Strong communication skill

  • Teamwork spirit, engage with internal and external stake holders
