About the Role:

As a CBRE EV Database Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, and implementing databases to support business operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the EV transaction management team and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into reports, designs and models.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity using validation, verification, and reconciliation processes.

  • Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and building data structures.

  • Monitor database security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

  • Maintain database documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and user guides.

  • Assist with training and support to end-users on database systems and applications.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications in database administration or related fields preferred.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the EV Database Administrator position is $50,000 annually or $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the EV Database Administrator position is $65,000 annually or $31.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
