Ford Motor Company Global DPA4 Process Specialist in Chennai, India

The DfS Global DPA4 Process Specialist core responsibilities:
Improve serviceability in future product designs.
Manage/maintain the Global FCSD DPA4 master requirements list (MRL) and lead regular MRL meetings.
Ensure alignment between active requirements applicable to the DPA4 MRL
Track changed to the DPA4 MRL and report results to global team members.
FCSD Subject matter expert and single point of contact on DPA4 digital tools including (FEDE, TCE, Path Planner, tracklite and E2KS
Interface with PD Digital Innovation teams – FEDE, E2KS
Interface with Path Planner supplier – Raise and resolve usage issues.
Develop and maintain related job aids and methods as well global training.
Provide feedback on system functions, performance, and improvements.
Provide global vehicle program support by coordinating the set-up of specific program requirements lists (PRL) to support vehicle program DPA4 process and timing.
Building of assessments and checks in the global assessment system, E2KS/FEDE
Provide support to DfS team as needed.
Manage North America DPA4 Assessment Tracker
Create/maintain North America weekly program glide path reports.
Investigate system solution (Dashboard)
Deliver common and efficient global processes.
Explore opportunities for global commonization and process improvements.
Support global program management processes.

4-year college degree or equivalent experience and education
Key knowledge/experience preferred:
Strong process management experience and
Ability to scope, structure and facilitate new system set up.
Ability to train working level team.
Ability to supply status reports to management.
Strong teamwork and collaborative behaviors.
Self-starter capable of operating independently and adapting to dynamic needs.

Automotive serviceability knowledge a plus
