Job Description:

  • Lead DevOps Engineer
    • Tooling & Platforms include, but not limited to: Azure, On-Premises Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Services, Rancher, Harness, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Datadog, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, QRadar, Prometheus, Grafana, Shell Scripting
    • Support & improve DevOps processes for the Enterprise Supplier Solutions (ESS) products (Supplier Hub, SIRS, Partner Pass, Sourcing Data & Analytics Platform)
    • Strong background in CI/CD processes including design, development, and implementation with focus on zero downtime (blue-green, canary, etc.)
    • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture
    • Design, build, and deploy infrastructure and applications that provide high levels of availability, scalability, reliability, and performance, while balancing security, maintainability, reliability, and operational excellence
    • Work with the engineering team to continuously implement and improve reliable and speedy build environments for DEV & QA; provide timely build status updates; automate as much as possible to improve efficiency and quality.
    • Promote innovation, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization.
    • Capable of discovery, proof of concept/technology, and presentation of solutions to engineering teams for sign off and solution decisions.
    • Build logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to identify bottlenecks and assist with debugging, analysis, and optimization in cloud and on-premises.
    • Craft solid and clearly explained designs, playbooks, and documentation, for consumption by teammates and the larger engineering organization.
    • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Self-motivated team player who can work with minimal supervision and can adapt to a quickly changing environment.
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to switch between tasks and work in conflicting priorities.
    • Must have strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. Hands on experience in performance tuning of sources, targets, mappings, and sessions
