Purpose

As the Manager of HR Acquisitions and Subsidiaries, you will support the Company’s growth initiatives by driving the Human Resources (HR) functional area due diligence process and analysis, ensuring compliance, and identifying cultural similarities and differences. You will also drive and support the HR integration of acquisitions including addressing compliance matters, aligning HR policies, and managing benefit plan and payroll integrations. In additional, you will serve as an advisor to subsidiary HR and management teams on HR strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline business operations.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Company-wide functional due diligence team on all HR matters.

Compile and analyze complex data related to pre-close acquisition due diligence and use information to develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations regarding the impact of an acquisition on the Company. Prepare HR functional due diligence reporting.

Create and support all post-close HR integration plans, activities, and alignment including but not limited to policy and programs, benefits, and payroll, adapting as necessary.

Support the subsidiary HR and management teams with change management needs associated with integrations.

Buildout and maintenance of the HR integration toolset (playbooks, process flows and work plans, etc.) on a proactive basis.

Provide advice and support to the subsidiary HR and management teams on all HR matters including strategies, policies, programs, and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years HR experience in acquisition, due diligence, and integration experience; benefits and/or compensation experience

Experience working in both small and large organizations as HR generalist or in an HR compliance role preferred

5 years experience at management level

High School Diploma or GED required

Four-year degree: HR, Business, or equivalent degree preferred

Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Knowledge of acquisition and integration concepts, practices, and procedures

Knowledge of benefit and compensation programs and related compliance matters

Strong critical thinking skills

Interpersonal and persuasion skills

Verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information

Ability to establish credibility and build relationships

Ability to multitask

Compensation

The expected rate of pay for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible with a target of 20%, based on specific and relevant business metrics. Additionally, the role is eligible for our profit-sharing plan and stock purchase plan.
