As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving procedures. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

• Manage the shipping and receiving operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures and regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery

US Citizen Requirements

Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
