Job Summary

The Coeur d'Alene Resort Evening Manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, handles guest inquiries, and ensures a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. You'd be involved in staff scheduling, monitoring facility maintenance, financial goals, and implementing policies to enhance guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Full-Time, Salary position. Friday - Tuesday 2pm-11pm.

Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 DOE

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years hotel management preferred

  • 3+ years front desk experience preferred

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard.

  • Must also be able to get up and down frequently to retrieve Guests' registration packets, and vouchers, file necessary paperwork, etc.

  • Must possess good cognitive skills in the areas of reading, proofreading, and problem-solving/reasoning to assist in addressing a wide variety of Guest requests.

  • Must have good corrected vision to read a computer screen and verify data entries.

  • Excellent computer, telephone, and related technology skills.

  • Must be mobile to effectively assist guests and team members with a variety of tasks outside the Front Desk environment.

  • Excellent math, written, and verbal skills to reconcile accounts and correspond with Guests and purveyors of the Hotel.

  • Possess a neat, crisp, professional office appearance at all times.

  • Must be punctual, and understand the importance of timely completion of assigned tasks and special projects.

  • Must possess a strong work ethic and understand the unique time commitment associated with the hospitality industry.

  • Ability to multi-task is very important.

  • Must lead by positive, productive, and courteous example to both the internal and external Guest.
