RN/LPN - Wound Clinic - PRN

Variable hrs/wk; 8a-5p, M-F. This position will work closely with the physicians providing direct patient in an outpatient wound clinic setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: patient triage and assessment, documentation charting, dressing and wound care management, nurse visits, office procedures, educating patients and family regarding treatment and home care instructions. A positive, friendly and team driven attitude plus organizational skills are necessary. Ability to coordinate care among other departments and utilize resources through effective positive, verbal and non-verbal communication. Current NE RN or LPN license and BLS required. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting or specialty nursing experience preferred.
