Description

We are looking for a skilled Probate/Estate Planning Attorney to join our client's team in Dallas, Texas. The role involves providing expert advice in estate planning and probate procedures. This is a key role with excellent opportunity for growth and career advancement. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the unique needs and desires of individual clients to tailor personalized estate plans.

• Collaborate with clients to craft customized estate planning documents that achieve specific goals.

• Provide expertise in estate planning fundamentals, including wills, revocable living trusts, and durable or limited powers of attorney.

• Guide clients through the complexities of estate planning essentials.

• Collaborate closely with surviving family members, Executors, Trustees, and professional advisers to implement tailored estate plans.

• Address early planning needs to safeguard the estate and support the family's future.

Requirements

• Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Texas

• Proficient in the use Case Management Software and Legal Research tools

• Demonstrable skills in documentation, estate planning, wills, trusts, and estates, and revocable trusts

• Ability to draft legal documents with precision and accuracy

• Experience in handling estate planning including wills and trusts

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
