Topgolf Sr. Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis in Dallas, Texas
Key Responsibilities
Lead Topgolf’s headcount planning, annual budget and reforecasting processes by:
Coordinating closely with business line and corporate department leads
Developing standard deliverables and timeline
Presenting consolidated financial information in a clear and concise manner
Lead preparation of monthly business review presentations and Board of Director meeting materials
Perform financial and strategic analyses to assist in the execution of Topgolf’s Corporate FP&A processes
Analyze monthly results to provide accurate and timely explanations for variances to plan and forecast
Administer planning and forecasting software, including process improvements and enhancements
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Support senior management team with special projects as needed
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, required
8+ years FP&A or similar experience with increasing responsibilities and interaction with senior leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Pivot table and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Anaplan and/or SAP is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
