Responsible for partnering with Ford and BCBSM account Management team to support the ONE Ford Health Strategy across the entire Ford membership and population, which includes on-site Health Promotion and Wellness Consulting at Ford Motor Company. This position will complement Ford's wellbeing and disease management program strategy by assisting Ford in executing a cohesive integrated health, wellbeing and disease management approach. * Responsible for collaborating with Ford and the BCBSM account management team to analyze the population risk profile, promote a package of health promotion, disease management and wellbeing programs that meet those specific needs, and oversee the delivery of those programs while influencing an organization-wide shift toward a culture of wellbeing across all health plans * Develop relationships with internal designees, all Ford US corporate locations, vendors and network wellbeing partners that will result in the right mix of resources to facilitate the delivery of diverse programs to diverse populations. * Work in partnership with Ford to facilitate, implement and achieve health improvement initiatives aligned with their organization's business goals including coordination and creation of a culture of wellbeing. This will also include tracking, resolving and responding to participant inquiries about wellbeing resources. * Coordinate with Ford's Designee and other vendors to oversee activities to realize tactical One Ford Strategy objectives and benefit design implementation. Assist with benefit vendor integration in the delivery of wellbeing activities to deliver a seamless health improvement program (e.g., working with community resources and BCBSM on integrated wellbeing programs, coordinating ""wellness by the month"" activities, etc.) * Assist in the development of the wellbeing and disease management program infrastructure, including leadership participation, communication plans, incentive structure, and conducting environmental assessments (e.g. cafeteria, vending machines, etc.). This will also include conducting a thorough assessment of the employee population risk factors and health status, including health assessment results, claims and utilization data, where available. * Work closely with Ford to determine the best strategy for program implementation and employee engagement and conduct employee focus groups and employee interest surveys. Develop, operationalize and maximize local wellbeing committees and ambassadors and implement specific wellbeing program activities, including managing logistics. * Work with Ford and BCSBM account management team to establish program methods for measuring success. * Proactively inform Ford of compliance requirements for wellbeing and health promotion activities within NCQA standards. "Qualifications" * Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Consulting and Exercise Physiology. * Master's degree in related discipline preferred. * 5-7 years' experience in corporate wellness and benefits * Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification, Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification preferred. Medical licenses require current unrestricted state of Michigan licensure. * Valid and unrestricted Michigan driver's license is required. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work at a high energy level in a team environment with minimum supervision. * Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks with a strong customer focus. * Clinical knowledge of disease prevention and wellness strategies. * Good working knowledge of current industry standard PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and proven administrative abilities. * Working knowledge and understanding of health behavior change theories, counseling, interviewing techniques, strategies and application required. * Ability to plan, implement and evaluate emplo
