Google Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions (English, Czech or Slovak) in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Candidates will typically have 8 years of industry experience in advertising, sales, business development, or marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Czech or Slovak fluently to support client engagements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Candidates will typically have 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies up to the executive level.

  • Experience leading and influencing complex strategic and operational initiatives across a set of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotions.

  • Ability to own a portfolio of clients in an advertising or media sales context in Czech Republic or Slovakia.

  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context and drive growth.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a critical growth engine for clients in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) designed to grow medium and large sized businesses. Through long-term relationship development, we’re dedicated to understanding the business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success.

In this role, you will help to shape and evolve client objectives and identify opportunities for future client growth. You will design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives and use influencing and relationship-building skills to provide Google-caliber solution promotions, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. You will uncover the business needs of Google's clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental business agreements.

  • Build relationships with C-level clients and stakeholders across a portfolio of medium and large size businesses. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Structure a clear, quarterly, and long-term growth strategy between Google and the portfolio of clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.

  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the pitching of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.

  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
