Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Desired skills and experience:

· Prefer applicants with teaching experience in STEM curriculum.

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Experience working in summer camps or similar outdoor education settings

· Experience with creating schedules, running meetings, and delivering feedback

· Organization, project management collaboration, adaptability, leadership, planning, supervision, multitasking, and interpersonal.

Minimum Education/Experience

Licenses or Certification required by Statute or Regulation

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field and 5 years of experience preferred

License: Teaching license preferred but not required
