We\'re seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee our mobile crisis team and our Mental Health Technicians in our Edmond Urgent Recovery Center (URC). In this essential role, you\'ll collaborate with community partners, provide therapeutic interventions, and ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mobile crisis staff and mental health technicians at Edmond URC.
• Coordinate daily administrative duties, including schedules and patient care.
• Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming barriers.
• Collaborate with community partners such as law enforcement and mental health agencies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff training.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners and referral sources.
