Insight Global Service Delivery Representative in El Paso, Texas

Job Description

One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a service delivery representative to sit hybrid in El Paso, Tx. The service delivery rep will be responsible for being the first point of contact for any customers that may have questions, comments or concerns. The main responsibilities will be answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, addressing issues in regard to payroll, payments, etc, and working collaboratively with clients and other team members throughout the organization. The candidate should be adaptable, have a good attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • Call Center experience

  • Previous experience in busy environment

  • Fast learner - Banking Industry

  • Previously used Genesis calling platform null
