Our Employer Brand Team is responsible for attracting and engaging select, top-tier talent by promoting our employee experience and vibrant culture in innovative ways. Our global, creative team partners closely with designers, project managers, writers, and developers, among others, within Dynatrace, to bring our strategic vision to life through the careers site, email campaigns, paid ads, and unique content. Our primary internal customers are Talent Acquisition and the Employee Experience teams.

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to support our rapidly expanding global needs. This role will work with our talented dynatrace.com developers and other internal stakeholders to create a remarkable journey for an important audience: potential candidates! We now need your technical expertise and knowledge to push the limits of careers.dynatrace.com and other digital channels.

  • Collaborate with Employer Brand and Experience advisors, designers, writers and developers on creating new and elevating existing features of the Dynatrace careers site.

  • Managing 3rd party integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems, in particular

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support web applications

  • Team up with front-end and back-end developers to define API requirements

  • Write clean, functional, and reusable code on the front and back-end

  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile

  • Testing and fixing coding issues

  • Building UI

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Fullstack Developer

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of professional experience and education

  • 2-3 years experience with JavaScript, Vue, React, or Angular

  • 2-3 years experience with headless content management systems, ideally Craft CMS

  • Willingness to constantly learn and be challenged

  • Proactive in finding better, stronger solutions to issues and tasks

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills

  • Knowledge of CSS, SCSS, and semantic HTML

  • Proficiency with GitHub and Bitbucket (pull requests, resolving conflicts, code reviews)

  • Knowledge of performance optimization in web technologies

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with integrating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors

  • Understanding tech-related SEO

  • Experience with localization and multi-language sites

  • Experience with QA and unit test frameworks

Compensation:

  • Salary 9k-16k gross/monthly

  • Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
