Our client, an Indoor Air Quality product company, is seeking a Product Engineer to join their team. As a Product Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating SolidWorks models, assembly drawings and supporting documentation to improve efficiencies in the product. Role will work within a team atmosphere and be involved with many different facets of product customization and development. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Job Title: Product Engineer

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay: $70-90K, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Designs custom equipment using existing products and designs per customer request.

• Produce all necessary production documentation for successful product manufacturing and testing.

• Monitors production and service feedback to coordinate continuous product improvement including design and process changes.

• Monitors sales feedback to coordinate product enhancements and new standard features.

• Interprets and corrects bills of material and wiring, piping, and controls schematics to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology;

• 2 or more years of experience with HVAC refrigeration system design and component selection;

• Or 5 or more years of experience in design outside of refrigeration.

• Provides technical support to service department, sales representatives, installing contractors and maintenance personnel in need of personalized factory support regarding the service or modification to existing systems out in the field.

• Prioritizes and adjusts work schedule to meet production schedules.
