As the Practice Lead of Infrastructure Deployment Services, you will be responsible for leading an organization of service professionals and ensuring profitable and sustained high-quality delivery of services to clients. In this role, you will have ultimate responsibility for the overall success of the practice through profitability, people growth, and the team's ability to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the practice and responsible for maintaining strategic direction, profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, employee satisfaction, and client satisfaction. The Practice Lead is also responsible for leadership, oversight, and development of the acumen and expertise of the team within their particular domain.

Create a customer centric culture that drives digital transformation and ensures customer satisfaction by, reviewing and acting on voice of customer feedback and driving systemic improvements to customer experience. Alleviate customer blockers as a point of escalation by collaborating as necessary to manage customer escalations and resolve issues. Support the development of business relationships through presales and account planning conversations.  Accountable for establishing, evolving, and upholding quality standards, and ensuring delivery of a consistent level of design excellence across engagements. 

Strategy Develop and execute a practice plan to achieve your goals by supporting the team, collaborating with internal partners, and driving culture. Establish and articulate a vision for the team that supports higher-level strategies through the practice and excites and inspires practice members.
