What you'll accomplish:

Create and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals; cast a vision for organizational growth that inspires and engages all. Be the executive voice/face of OST with key clients, partners, and in the market to help generate and win opportunities. Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement that aligns with our values. As a key leader on the Executive team, engage openly in strategic discussions to brainstorm, collaborate, debate, solve, and execute in a manner that drives success and growth together. Drive brand awareness and relevance. Set clear performance goals/expectations, provide regular feedback, coaching, and accountability for the team to meet or exceed sales quotas and marketing goals. Responsible for sales forecasting, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and revenue and margin growth goals. Partnering with the CIO, prioritize activities for the strategy and go-to-market teams to drive the right opportunities with the right clients aligned to our long-term growth goals. Champion the mission and values of OST and Koniag through leadership, advocacy, and action.

What you'll bring:

At least 5 years of executive leadership with direct revenue responsibility in growth mode. Successful track record as a sales professional and leading sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Experience in digital technology consulting or professional services industry. History of building high-performing teams with a strong culture. Excellent communication, negotiation, executive presentation, and influencing skills.
