Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform in-depth data analysis, providing insights to guide administrative decisions.

• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track and communicate administrative performance.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address administrative needs and improve service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements in all administrative tasks.

• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the success of administrative projects, ensuring objectives are met.

• Manage and maintain databases and repositories critical to administrative functions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

• Proven experience in administration

• Proficiencies in administration and analysis

• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) is a plus
