Heres the deal: Were on the hunt for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, go-getter to join our team. Youll be responsible for a wide range of duties related to installing new equipment, troubleshooting existing systems and ensuring all work is completed to ALLO standards in both business and residential settings. This customer facing position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install internet, TV, and phone service for business and residential customers.

• Troubleshoot and work through problems in a logical manner.

• Wire fishing and pulling.

• Prepare various types of cables and field polish connectors.

• Have a working knowledge of telecommunications color code, SIP/PRI, and Hosted IP PBX communications.

• Safe handling of all products and maintaining company issued equipment/tools.

• Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.

• Clean and neat appearance.

• A clean driving record and be able to pass random drug screenings.

• Prompt attendance to work and scheduled job sites.

EDUCATION:

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
