About the role

• Our production team, is integrated in the production department and focuses on chemistry products.

• As a Job title, you will work on chemistry support .You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on chemistry.

• You will be accountable for:

• Operate the process start-up/shut down, operation, process parameter adjustment；

• Field inspection and record accordingly, take process sample and do test；

• Work with maintenance team to perform maintenance job； Perform routine spare parts replacement during process changeover；

• Implement safety improvement activities；

• Involve in 5S improvement activities.；

• Understand and follow the quality control process. Report all abnormal status；

• Continuous improvement .(Near miss, Suggestion, Manufacturing excellence, KPI control, etc.)

• We offer a permanent contract based on shifts working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in high school.

• Relevant work experience in production.

• Behaviors:

• 1 years working experience in the Chemical industry,familiar with normal equipment operation.
