Local leader in the commercial aerospace, space, defense and medical markets is currently hiring for a stock room clerk for their warehouse operations located in Hauppauge NY. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of materials, products, and supplies.

• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by checking against purchase orders or invoices.

• Unpack and inspect incoming items for damage or defects.

• Record and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.

• Label and store items in designated locations within the stockroom or warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized or manual systems.

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.

• Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits.

The essential functions of this role include:
