Erickson Living Home Care Office Coordinator in Hingham, Massachusetts

Linden Ponds is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located just 24 miles from Boston on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts. We are hiring an Office Coordinator to join our Home Care Department. The Office Coordinator assists with the daily operations in the department to include Resident billing, maintenance of department records, and deliverance of excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.

How you will make an impact:

  • Completing Home Support billing and payroll functions accurately and timely

  • Assisting in training and orientation of new team members

  • Assisting in the resident satisfaction process

  • Monitoring staff compliance and documentation to include training, license certification, staff meetings, and policy announcements

  • Performing office duties to include: answering phones, generating reports, filing, and copying

Compensation: Rate starting at $20.00 an hour.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Computer proficiency required.

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or environment serving the senior population preferred.
