Key job responsibilities

You must be able to:

• Develop and execute on strategy initiatives for large, complex engagement and support programs, including project management.

• Lead advanced analysis to drive insights that ensure that the experiences we create will best support program success and scale

• Demonstrate leadership ability to influence and drive major changes for good in a large scale environment

• Host project review meetings with site Sr. Leadership and highlight roadblocks/ changes in the plan along with impact on operations/finance.

• Identify and track success metrics to improve and impact business outcomes

• Build working relationships across global stakeholder groups, such as HR, business leaders, Ops Leaders and Program teams

• Support the development of team-wide standards for planning and executing on projects.

• Continuously improves team processes and routines.

• Understand and communicate the department’s vision to stakeholders/sponsors.

• Set clear expectations and builds robust launch plans for the program.

• Ability to set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals

• Set objectives for the program and enable achievement Ops Transformation goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
