  • Plans and executes on account management strategies in alignment with executive/senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Directs team responsible for product order management, demand forecasting (sell-in) analysis, launch execution and replenishment inventory management, and supply chain activities and insights, within their respective accounts
  • Develops sell-in strategies to support overall SPA goals and objectives as part of planned monthly/yearly forecasts and plan; leveraging skills and talents of team to deliver desired results
  • Ensure product replenishment opportunities are maximized and retailer in-stocks are maintained in alignment with company key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Drive new strategies in collaboration with key business partners to achieve Sales Team goals and support cross-functional initiatives and activities
  • Create, develop, and maintain retailer relationships in support of physical product sell-in and supply chain activities
  • Maintain the development and optimization of Retail Replenishment Program (RRP) for the company, including system enhancement projects, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Continuous improvement of area tools (RRP, Order Management) and area processes
  • Leverage team's capabilities to increase service levels and efficiencies, and promote a continuous improvement culture
  • Prepares ad hoc analysis, reports, and presentations to executive management
  • Establish performance objectives and provide coaching, guidance and training for ongoing team development.
