Job Overview:

This role will Assist the global functional leader for Contracts Management in implementing the Contracts Management strategy to support the business plan.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of globally consistent Contracts Management tools, processes and procedures

  • Assist in evaluation, development, deployment, and maintenance of global strategies to improve Contracts Management efficiencies, increase gross profit, and minimize risks across the organization

  • Assist in monitoring, measuring, and improving the level of implementation and effectiveness of the global tools, processes, procedures

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting performance of the Contracts Management function

  • Other duties related to Contracts Management function, as needed by the project

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Quantity Surveying, or similar

  • Over 8 years within the energy industry through all phases of EPCI project delivery

  • Substantial prime contract management experience as a contractor on small, medium, and large EPC projects.

  • Ability to work as a team member as well as act as team leader

  • Adherence to McDermott’s integrity values

  • Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate on Microsoft programs: Word, Access, Power Point, Excel, Project
