salary: $15.49 - $15.5 per hour

Responsibilities

The Patient Support Representative is responsible for providing support to patients and healthcare providers through the following various duties: Schedules are M-F 11am to 8pm. All positions report on site daily.

  • High Volume Inbound Call Center Experience a Must Have!

  • Inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other requests

  • Meet or exceed service level goals.

  • Capture information, update systems, and investigate and resolve issues that arise during interactions with patients and healthcare providers.

  • Must be flexible, organized, and adaptable to changing program rules and regulations.

  • Provide availability and shipping information.

  • Respond to program inquiries, report adverse events, and execute day-to-day operations.

Maintaining patient confidentiality is crucial in this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
