To learn more about the Superior Products division, please visit their website at. SCOPE: The CNC Machinist will be responsible for production of machined components on various machining centers. The role demands a high level of expertise in operating turning, vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as Swiss-style lathes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Programming and Setup: Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various types of machinery. Setup machines for production runs, ensuring maximum efficiency and precision. Operation Excellence: Operate turning, vertical and horizontal machining centers, and Swiss-style lathes, adhering to all safety and quality standards. Monitor machinery during operation to detect any signs of malfunction or deviation from expected performance. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on components produced to ensure they meet or exceed specifications. Adjust machine settings or programming as necessary to correct any issues.
