Key Responsibilities As the Regional Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible to drive professional services business in your specific geography or vertical. The successful Regional Professional Services Manager will be responsible for partnering with the field sales teams, including the channel team, to sell value added services such as Consulting Services, Advanced Technical Account Management services, Resident Engineers and Project Management. The successful candidate will employ world-class account management, collaboration, and strategic selling skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing account base. The candidate will be responsible for: aligning the Professional Service offering recommendations with the desired customer outcomes partnering with our delivery organization to ensure customer success and retention accurate forecast of pipeline as well as resource types and skill sets awareness training to the field sales and sales engineering teams The candidate should be a highly competent presenter, with a demonstrable track record of selling services to senior level management and C-level executives. The position reports into the Head of Professional Services for the Americas. Position requires day to day and overnight travel. Qualifications BS technical degree or equivalent or equivalent military experience required 7-10 years of sales experience working within IT manufacturer and/or consulting organizations with a proven record of success Background in selling cyber security network-related applications preferred Self-motivated and detail oriented Ability to facilitate in person and virtual workshops with client cross-functional resources Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Superb organizational and prioritization skills 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance Experience working with Channel partners and an understanding of a channel centric go to market approach Knowledge of network infrastructure-based security appliances, including but not limited to Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies, Cloud environments including AWS, Azure and GCP and SOC environments Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled
