Job Description:

System Ownership and Data Management (35%)

  • Take ownership of the Marketing technology stack, including platforms related to Website Analytics, SMS, Direct Mail, Email and other marketing channels.

  • Administer and configure marketing automation platform, Slate.

  • Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of marketing systems to support the company's marketing strategies.

  • Implement and oversee data management practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Optimize Direct Mail platforms for targeted and personalized marketing efforts.

  • Design, develop, test and deploy customizations, features, and integrations within the CRM system

  • Brings a data centric mentality to their work and drives solid data point of view on system architecture, data tables/schemas and data management through our tech stack.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system

Technology Integration, Evaluation and Optimization (35%)

  • Integrate various marketing systems to create a cohesive and efficient marketing technology ecosystem.

  • Continuously optimize system workflows and processes to enhance overall marketing efficiency.

  • Manage integrations of marketing data and tools with Slate.

  • Stay up-to-date with CRM software industry trends and best practices

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in marketing.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the capabilities of the marketing operations team.

  • Optimize user funnels and conversion points.

Performance Monitoring (20%)

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of SMS, Direct Mail, Email, Paid Media, SEO, Social, and other marketing campaigns.

  • Execute and measure conversion tests and experiments.

  • Analyze key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

  • Evaluate prospective student experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, engineering, Business, IT, or a related field and Three (3) years relevant experience OR a High School Diploma and Five (5) years relevant experience. Relevant experience includes Marketing Operations or IT, or related experience managing CRM systems.

  2. Experience in marketing operations and managing systems for companies heavily utilizing SMS, Direct Mail, WeChat, or other messaging platforms.

  3. Strong technical acumen with proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies such as Google Analytics as demonstrated by application materials.

  4. Project management experience.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as demonstrated by application materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development as demonstrated by application materials.

  2. Experience with SQL a plus.

  3. Experience in Slate, Google Analytics, and Tableau

  4. Experience with how data schemas and relational databases are organized as tied to systems architecture as evidenced by application materials.

The Marketing Systems Manager plays a critical role in owning, optimizing, and administering various marketing systems to support our multi-channel Marketing efforts, including email, SMS, Direct Mail, Paid Media, SEO, web, social and other channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Marketing Operations, a strong technical background, and specific experience in managing CRM systems for organizations. This individual acts as the main stakeholder of marketing systems and tools, including the creation/optimization of workflows, custom fields, audience creation/segmentation, landing page and form creation, reporting/dashboards and data flow management. This position also ensures our various marketing and enrollments systems are effectively integrated for data accuracy and implementation of marketing insights.
