*SUMMARY: *A skilled professional who provides a wide range of supportive administrative services for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with minimum guidance, in a confidential manner.

a. Clerical/Communications

  • Managing files and records.
  • Knowledge of Association Management System (AMS)
  • Designing emails and social media posts.
  • Handling overall general office procedures.

b. Accounting

  • Accounts Receivable data entry.
  • Membership dues billing.
  • Monthly and quarterly reports as required.

c. Membership

  • Processes new member applications and onboarding.
  • Assists with general membership functions.
  • Assists in maintaining an accurate member database and promptly records all additions, changes, and deletions.
  • Troubleshoot member services.

d. Professional Development and Events

  • Oversee Continuing Education records
  • Attend after-hour member meetings and other special association events as needed, with pay.
  • Maintains a calendar of all meetings and classes, coordinates with CEOs calendar.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in technology, computer programs and maintenance of website and social media
  • Real estate experience helpful but not required
