Job Description
The LMS (database) Administrator for ATI will provide support in the ongoing creation, implementation, and development of ATI’s curriculum and instructional services, learning management system, training videos, and system wide training rollouts.
Responsibilities
Update and design training curricula, materials and programs including, but not limited to, functional technical skills, leadership development, and new initiatives.
Designs visual aspects of curricula, e-learning, and LMS design
Works simultaneously on multiple projects based on current curriculum needs
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials throughout the process.
Manages and develops engaging and intuitive eLearning content (including modules, scripts, videos, quizzes, etc.).
Provides primary support, maintenance and maximization of the LMS.
Uses learning and instructional design theory in collaboration with the VP of Content and Coach Development to complete needs assessment, develop and test, and deploy solutions.
Monitors completion of compliance courses.
Other tasks reasonably aligned with the functions required to ensure the communication and training needs are met from leadership’s expectations.
Provides direct support of LMS implementation, data migration and initial system setups and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional/Graphic Design or related field
1+ year(s) experience in Instructional/Graphic Design
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to create effective instructional text, audio, and video scripts
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Significant LMS development or management experience
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
