Job Title: PhysicianLocation: New York, NYPayrate: $118 - $130 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)Due Date: 05/17/2024ESO Consultants LLC is seeking a School Physician dedicated to student and employee health within an educational environment.Responsibilities:Ensure Availability: Promptly address healthcare queries during specified hours.Perform Physical Examinations: Conduct yearly and sports physicals to meet health requirements.Provide Health Advisory Services: Review/update health policies, offer guidance during meetings.Offer Training and Development: Enhance the skills of school nurses and health assistants.Engage in Consultation: Provide parental support, supervise athletic events, manage injuries.Manage Concussion Cases: Interpret test results, ensure compliance with protocols.Coordinate with Public Health Officials: Collaborate to address communicable diseases.Prescribe Medications: Provide prescriptions and standing orders as needed.Be Flexible and Collaborative: Perform additional duties as necessary, coordinate with stakeholders.Availability and Communication: Accessible by telephone Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding school holidays.
