UCLA Health Executive Assistant (On-Site) in Los Angeles, California

Reporting
to our Executive Director of Quality and Patient Safety and the Director of
Medical and Professional Staff Affairs, you will provide comprehensive
administrative support and executive office facilitation. This will involve managing
office functions, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, supporting financial/budget
functions, preparing presentation materials, writing minutes, preparing
business correspondence, and serving as a liaison to UCLA Health staff and
physicians. You will be responsible for data analysis/reporting and handling special
projects as necessary. You will also help advance important initiatives and
manage projects following best industry standard practices related to
accrediting and regulatory agencies.
Salary Range: $71,500 - $154,900/annually
Qualifications
We're
seeking an independent, highly-motivated, deadline-driven, detail-oriented individual
with:
Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
Three or more years of executive assistant experience
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to use the Internet as a tool for research and communication
Ability to gain expertise in University systems, structure, and policies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritizing skills
Ability to handle sensitive and difficult situations in a professional manner
Ability to coordinate complex calendars
Sound judgment and strong teamwork skills
