This position will also provide service desk support and system administrator support. This position will also work closely with the IT Director on infrastructure solutions and design.Major Duties and Responsibilities•Oversee cross-functional projects.•Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion including business requirements, project plan and project tracking.•Provide direction and coordination of activities to ensure that project deadlines are met.•Administer every aspect of the IT environment including but not limited to computer, storage, networking, telecom, security, and cloud technologies.•Perform systems maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and administration.•Lead efforts for the performance, uptime, and protection of the environment.•Manage Virtual VMWare Environment.•Manage telecom environment including Cisco Call Manager and Call Center.•Develop, document, and standardize preventative maintenance routines to ensure system availability and performance standards on production systems.•Manage Linux environment and assist with dev-ops infrastructure.•Manage networking environment including Ruckus Wireless, Cisco Core, Meraki Switching, and SD-WAN in an HA environment.•Develop and document policies and procedures.•Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the help desk and assist help desk on tasks during high ticket volume.Education, Training, and Experience Requirements•Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer/Systems related field required; Associate’s Degree with additional experience or certifications will be considered. •3-5 years’ experience in Network or Systems Administration.•3-5 years’ experience in an Active Directory Domain.•3-5 years’ experience in networking, preferably Cisco or Meraki.•Experience leading projects from start to finish ensuring the previous projects have been completed to full completion.•Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization (both technical and non-technical), identify areas for escalations, and establish professional relationships to encourage and foster cross-functional discussions which help achieve the company’s goals.•Effectively lead detailed technical discussions and develop and present required briefing materials to ensure the customer’s needs are met.•Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high‐quality environment.•Must have excellent team and collaboration skills.•Ability to work with minimal supervision.APH is a drug-free workplace.
