Provider Enrollment Manager oversees and manages the enrollment, re-enrollment, and maintenance updates for WI Medicaid Providers. The team is responsible for handling the enrollment and maintenance updates timely, accurately, and within the expected timeframe/ SLAs. The Manager partners with the client to ensure all processing and policy is enforced and implemented.
Lead a team of 15+ employees, primarily comprised of non-exempt employees.

Monitor workload and provide oversight to ensure all contractual service level agreements and requirements are met.
Provider Customer Support to our client and ensure frequent meetings and communication is established.
Produce goals to include process improvements.
Monitors team members’ progress on goals.
Ensure processes and procedures are documented and reviewed/updated on a regular basis.
Resolve and monitor routine customer escalations as appropriate.
Solve routine issues within established guidelines.
Identifies critical issues and works with internal staff including clients to resolve.
Reviews production reporting as required to support processes.
Lead team toward operational excellence by monitoring key metrics, ensuring team goals and contractual commitments are met.
Provides production data to upper management as appropriate.
Creates and fosters a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, and is challenging and rewarding.
Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business. Manages and drives client satisfaction.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent work experience. May hold Master’s or advanced degree in related field. Typically 8+ years of relevant experience.
A minimum of 4 years leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skill:
Demonstrated people management capability, including complex administrative tasks.
In-depth knowledge of full corporate organizational structure, offerings and policies for their business organization.
Ability to lead large project teams by providing knowledge, expertise, goals, and planning.
Ability to develop, measure and present individual and team goals.
